RSA Cryptosystem for Rings with Commuting Ideals

This article presents a generalization of the RSA cryptosystem for rings with commuting ideals. An analogue Euler function ideals and concept an RSA-ideal are defined. analog ring is formulated description RSA-ideals which this possible obtained.
